When you avail for our purified water delivery on your home or office, you'll be assured that you are
working with a respected Company who will bring you the most purified and best-tasting drinking water

| How Our Delivery Service Works: |

A delivery schedule will be created and tailored to your individual needs. The frequency of delivery can be set as daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your water usage and storage capacities.
|
|
On the delivery date you've selected, we'll drop off your first delivery of water and a new water dispenser if you've selected one.
You are only required to be at the office to receive your first delivery. You do not need to be present to receive regular deliveries,
simply leave your empty bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.

| Billings and Payment: |
|
Your first invoice includes the products delivered on your first delivery. All future invoices will reflect charges for water delivered and dispenser rental (if applicable).
Payment terms is discussed during customer sign up.

| Rescheduling and Changing Deliveries: |
|
If you need to skip a delivery date, change the day you want your water delivered or change the contents of your delivery, you can call us at 401-3953 or text us at 0918-9435907 or simply send us an e-mail at aquabestpateros@gmail.com

| Cleaning & Repairs |
|
|
We are proud to offer a flexible sanitization, maintenance and repair service to ensure your water dispenser remains in perfect condition.
We also provide a free scheduled service to all our customers, as part of your rental or purchase agreement.
Just call us at 401-3953 to schedule the sanization and cleaning of your water dispenser.

In the unlikely event that your water dispenser requires repair, we will attempt to repair it on site in the first instance.
If the water dispenser cannot be repaired onsite you will be provided with a free replacement until the original water dispenser is returned.
We aim to complete repairs or exchanges within 48 hours depending on the availability of our third party technician.
